ImagineCALGARY & The Harvest
The core vision of P2S Calgary 2013, as defined by the Conference Steering Committee, was to create a space for community, corporate, and commerce leaders to learn, share, develop relationships, and create momentum towards achieving Calgary’s sustainability goals as defined in ImagineCalgary. The conference steering committee was comprised of core corporate and agency partners engaged in the various aspects of leading ImagineCalgary's sustainability goals. This planning team was coordinated by Sustainability Resources, however, the vision for the conference and definition of its outcomes were designed by the community for the community.
The unique and celebrated conference experience of P2S Calgary 2013 was designed to compliment and support the work of ImagineCalgary, an award winning initiative that defined 114 sustainability targets within a sustainable vision for a city in consultation with over 18,000 Calgary citizens. After three days of presentations and interaction with over 400 community and corporate Leaders, our facilitation team (Sustainability Resources & Conscious Brands) conducted a Harvest* of ideas and “pathways to sustainability” for Calgary.
Day three Harvest of P2S Calgary 2013 helped crystallize participant learning from three days of presentations, networking, and relationship building into a road map towards sustainability in Calgary.
