Sustainability Resources is guided by an esteemed Board of Directors who bring their professional expertise to guide the corporate direction of Sustainability Resources. They have been recruited to the Board for their demonstrated leadership and experience in nonprofit management, politics, education, marketing, and communications.

As a registered non-profit company under the Companies Act of Alberta, we are required to have two Directors.

Jeff Griffiths, FCMC, FRSA, CTDP - Chair of the Board

Griffiths Sheppard Consulting Group Inc. Calgary, AB

Jeff Griffiths is a seasoned management consultant focused on individual and collective competency. He is the co-founder of Griffiths Sheppard Consulting Group Inc. in Calgary, the Registrar for the Institute of Certified Management Consultants of Alberta, and Chair of the National Certification Committee for the Canadian Association of Management Consultants. His career has covered the gamut from military service, to working in the manufacturing and aerospace, to consulting to clients in the public, private and non-profit sector in industries including construction, oil and gas, environmental, manufacturing, aerospace, agri-food, forest products, transportation and social services.

Jeff holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Administration from the Collège Millitaire Royal de St-Jean. In addition, he has been a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) since 2001, and was named a Fellow of the Institute (FCMC) of Certified Management Consultants of Alberta in 2014 in recognition of his long service to the profession. He also holds the Certified Training and Development Professional (CTDP) designation from the Institute for Performance and Learning, and is a Fellow of the UK-based Royal Society of the encouragement of the Arts, Manufactures and Commerce (The RSA).

In addition to his professional work and involvement with SRL, Jeff provides pro-bono consulting services to non-profit groups assisting youth through his association with Alberta’s Promise, and also supports the work of groups focused on helping new Canadians integrate into the workforce. Jeff has been involved with SRL since 2013, and was nominated to the role of Chair of the SRL Board in December 2015.

Coralie Banks, FCMC - Director

Coralie has over 20 years of management consulting experience. In addition, her professional background includes positions in industry as a marketing manager and as the director of human resources for a start- up that through acquisitions became a major international oil & gas firm with over 5000 employees. She has worked across Canada and internationally in Cuba, South America and SE Asia. Her clients include all levels of government, professional service firms, non-profit organizations and operating companies. Coralie also has seven years’ experience as a top-rated credit session instructor in entrepreneurship with the Bissett School of Business, Mount Royal University.

Coralie Banks has been a manager with a major accounting and consulting firm, a partner in a successful regional consulting firm, and is currently the President of a strategy and marketing consulting firm based out of Calgary, with national and international affiliations. She also leads Leaping Cowgirl™ Productions Ltd., and award winning IP development Production Company. She has also held senior positions in industry as a high performing marketing manager with over twenty direct reports, and as the Director of HR for a junior oil & gas company that grew through acquisitions and recruitment to over 5,000 staff, and increased in value from $1.60 per share to over $6 in five years.

Coralie is a Fellow Certified Management Consultant (FCMC). Fellow Certified Management Consultants are those individuals that are recognised as being outstanding professionals within and beyond the confines of the management consulting profession. They have been singled out by a combination of peers, clients, colleagues and community members for their integrity, pioneering efforts and innovation, as well as their accomplishments and contributions to the profession and the community.

Coralie is actively involved in the Southern Alberta chapter of the Canadian Association of Management Consultants, the professional body governing the ethics, development and practice of management consultants across Canada. She piloted and conducts assessments of finalist candidates seeking professional certification as CMC’s, served on the Board and as the Director of Member Services, and is currently on the Registration Committee and sponsors and coaches new CMC’s.

She is also on the Advisory Board member for several successful small ventures. She is one of the few female investors with Invest-Tech one of Canada's largest and most active accredited investor groups pursing opportunities in technology companies.  Additional previous board and senior level contributions:

  • District of Rockyview Municipal Planning Commission
  • Chair of the Canadian Red Cross Blood Services Committee

Coralie holds a BA in Psychology and English from the University of Calgary, and has completed all of her coursework towards a Master’s degree. She is a Certified Change Management Practitioner. She has continually upgraded her skills with ongoing professional development and successfully completed projects.

Lisa Maria Fox, Director of Strategic Policy and Program Development

Lisa Maria Fox

Lisa is the Founder and Executive Director of Sustainability Resources Ltd., delivering multi-disciplinary expertise and creative policy and community development solutions. In this role, Lisa works closely with Board and Advisors to shape the direction and impact of the company. Her passion and dedication is in helping Resource Associates realize their potential impact and reach through the development and delivery of educational curriculum related to water management, science and policy, and community sustainability. As the Founder of Pathways 2 Sustainability, Lisa champions the showcase of sustainability solutions, and builds capacity for leadership at the municipal level through expertly curated events and engagement.


Lisa Fox is the Director of Strategic Policy and Program Development for Sustainability Resources Ltd. Through her work as a Consultant with Sustainability Resources, Lisa provides strategic policy advice and support to communities, multi-stakeholder organizations, and industry clients. Specialties: Sustainable community planning, environmental management systems (ISO 14001), research & analysis, environmental policy, conservation project design and management, corporate sustainability evaluation and planning, stewardship coordination, communications and marketing, provincial policy framework development, international environmental policy analysis.

Peter Andryszewicz is a management consultant focused on individual and collective competency. He enjoys helping organizations work towards achieving their goals and aspirations through a unique blend of knowledge and experience. He has a diverse professional background ranging from teaching English overseas to running his own renovation company to working in Corrections. These experiences allow him to view challenges from a variety of perspectives and find solutions that align with management and staff goals. Peter holds an MBA from the Haskayne School of Business at the University of Calgary, where he was a member of the elite MBA Case Team and the VP of Sponsorship for the MBA Society
